Just got it the other day. Went ahead and opened it and was testing the spigot if it leak, which unfortunately it did. The 2 halves of the shell where slightly offset so the washer was't able to fully seal the opening. I was thinking about sanding it, but called support and they said just send them an email with name/address/etc and they'll send out a new shell.
