Me too, i'm sitting left with all the other parts for my computer except the motherboard, i sold my old one to afford the new one so i really can't do anything in the meanwhile. I have no problem with delays, as long as they would at least tell us by how much or why.

I am waiting on more B350 ITX options. The only ITX ones are from Biostar and I am disappointing that it doesn't come with an Intel ethernet port (Realtek ones suck).

Looking from NZ, the prices are good and MSI boards aren't commonly stocked. Warranty concerns hold me back though, wouldn't want to go through an international RMA process in any event.

Is there any significant difference between the gaming pro carbon and gaming plus either in performance or durability? The specs listed here seem very similar (as in the gaming pro carbon supports a few extra usb ports).

Willde Gaming Pro Carbon Better audio chip. More USB. Proprietary RGB LED sync. Intel LAN. Better Heatsinks. More VRMs? TL;DR: The main things you are paying for are the aesthetics and the Audio chip (along with the Intel LAN).

WilldeBuildzoid says this board has best B350 vrms. If you're OCing, this is the B350 board you want to go with.

HolyFalcon I know, it looks so similar, but the x370 has an extra m.2 that's the only diffrence I can find

Excellent motherboard with fancy RGBs. Go for it! Choosing this motherboard gives you more features than other b350 motherboards like Asus prime b350 (compare specs). And also saves you from paying extra bucks for getting x370 motherboards. But don't buy if you want SLI support. Overclocking capability of this board is same as x370 counterpart.

Not a bad drop at all if you're looking to save 15-20$! The B350 boards are currently subject to a lot of fear mongering online because their release wasn't exactly stellar with Ryzen. However, most of these issues have been resolved now, and simply require a quick bios flash once the motherboard is installed. I'd be amazed if someone was competent enough to replace their motherboard, but was unable to perform a bios flash...

People need to stop quoting Amazon and eBay prices from independent/unknown sellers. Unless the item is sold and fulfilled by Amazon, I wouldn't touch it - especially when it comes to technology/electronics. eBay? Same thing. No way to tell if you are getting an authentic, factory new device (with an honored warranty) or a refurb/gray market/knock off.
Now I'm not defending MDs often laughable pricing but trying to shame them using shady sellers is not the way to do it.

RochambeauxExactly. If it's not at minimum fulfilled by Amazon it's as good as fake for the sake of comparing to drops.

that's not .... So many wrong so many...
X370 and B350 came out at the same time both had the same issues. Both had Memory issue X370 CHIPSET <<< go read that up . Doesn't touch Memory controllers.... What tells you how fast you can push your Ram on a mobo is the VRM set aside for that job, And a lot of X370 Motherboard use the same VRM phase has a good B350 The Reason why the B350 Carbone is 180$CND retails is because of said VRM . Which you would normally only find on an X370
