DrBigDAnyone? I have triple checked and 100% did NOT receive any coupon with my graphics card.
Research indicates the retailer is given the codes and has to supply them with each product.
So someone at massdrop has all the coupon codes right now?
What the hell is that about?
Has anyone got their coupon code?

DarkhorsefknThey replied to me and said that you have to register you product at MSI website and go from their, it was too much of a pain in the ass for me to find the second serial # tho, so I will probably do it some time next week when the computer is taken apart again.

DrBigDserial number is printed on the side of the box, and also on the side of the radiator opposite the tube fittings.
If all you need is the serial number, I could walk into a store, take a photo of the side of a box, and register it to myself. Sounds retarded.
However I have the serial number and ill see if I can suss it out now . Will report back for your info.

So I did some checking and you need TWO serial numbers only one of which is printed on the outside of the box. The other one is on the card itself, so I will try again when I get home.

DarkhorsefknThats where the SN2 is located? On the radiator? Man, MSI couldnt even tell me that. They just kept on saying you get the code from the retailer and Massdrop isnt a valid retailer to give codes from. They guy on their phone disagreed with me the whole time when I was saying their instructions on their website didnt apply to the SeaHawk since the S/N2 wasnt located under the PCI connection.

ChillymunsterTurns out.... maybe but I don't think so.
There is a second serial number located just above the PCI-E connector on the back of the card. I tried using this and it was rejected. Maybe I made a typo.
Tried the one on the radiator, that didn't work either. Will try again when I get home in about 10 hours from now.

Can confirm, the stickers on the radiator dont count as the serial number 2 and MSI support wont give it. This has been a horrible experience.

Oh I asked them to cancel the order before they shipped and got a no. And no, you cant return unless it arrived bad. So we got swindled out of $100 too since the price dropped.

The serial numbers worked for me - the first is on the outside of the box and again on the back of the card (starts with S/N:), the second is also on the back of the card next to the first, but printed under the barcode on a separate sticker (has no prefix).
I still can't figure out how to redeem the game though.

DrBigDYou are not getting the code, MD is not eligible for the offer, contrary to their advertising. In fact, this was completely false advertising, and MD is definitely liable for it. Maybe someone should contact a lawyer or something.
EDIT: it took a few days of back and forth with Hutch, but he finally admitted the MD's error in the game redemption procedure and procured the game codes. Now use them before they expire! only 2 days left.
