Like seriously, the freakin drop was 3 weeks ago..
Where is the customer service? I'm thoroughly disappointed in the fact that we're sitting here waiting on essentially a forum thread for updates regarding our 700 dollar purchase. No email update, no otherwise personal or general form of communication, no compensation or anything remotely looking like an attempt at easing the minds of the customers. Like what the crap! Even the crappy indiegogo/kick starters at least send out mass emails! I had to come to the website to see what the crap was going on!
If this is what the future of was Massdrop is looking like, I'm sad to say, this here purchase will be my FIRST and LAST mass drop.
Try checking your spam filter cuz they did send something out. MSI and/or MSI's manufacturer sent our palate of 1080's off to someone else on accident. They also said contact support if you wish to get a refund. They plan on sending out another email update out tomorrow.
I'm Canadian, I think i'd lose money refunding due to money transfer. And working for a smaller manufacturing company, sending a complet palate to the wrong person is ... Never in 50 years it has happen here. Our home made shipping system prevents it, it's HOME MADE ! I believe it's just an excuse from MSI. But I could be wrong. Anyhow I just wanna game.
