I can't believe they're selling a gaming laptop without having an SSD!! Adding an SSD would kill in this computer. . .too bad.

wes.bassI was going to comment on the same thing. I had an MSi gaming laptop several years ago (before SSDs were really a thing) and it screamed (relatively speaking). These days, however, there's no excuse for a lack of an SDD in any gaming rig.

wes.bassMSI makes various models with decked out specs and not decked out models such as this one. Mind you, MSI has models such as this for tech savvy end users who wants to upgrade to their choice of SSDs like samsung and etc. This drop's price is amazing and is by far the lowest price i've seen. You can definitely purchase the high-end SSD and upgrade and still have a great cost. Personally, I always end up replacing my SSD that came with my laptop, so this actually is a good setup for guys like me.

PasqualeYou can add your own M.2 SSD or replace the 2.5" 1TB SATA with another SSD drive.
