$600 Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54-5659 seems like a better deal except for the 8 GB ram and you have to have a B&M Microcenter store. But since Raytracing is the future, I'd get a gaming laptop with RTX.
We a new company that offers us what Massdroo use to provide us.
This has just become a boutique store for leftovers of overpriced products.
In the meantime back to Reddit (group buy).
This is actually a pretty bad deal considering there are much less expensive and better performance options this black friday.
The two best deals are Best Buy and Walmart having an i5 8300h and 1050ti graphics for $599. The BB one comes with 250GB NVME SSD and the Walmart one has 1TB HDD with the ability to swap/expand.
Check their websites to see if the BF deals are still there.
Edit: For future reference, this drop is $749.99 for an i5 7300hq and 1050 2GB (not TI).
Outdated and overpriced.
Cut your own profits, get the benefit of attracting customers and people spreading word about your product, increase production efficiency, improve business strategy like making better arrangements with your partners and part manufacturers, and ramp up production in general of this particular design instead of switching it every month.
It is far from impossible for MSI to deliver a laptop at this price point with all these specs, a good screen, and more. It's consumers like you that settle for metiocrity which allows companies/manufacturers to meet whatever demands by producing crap, able to satisfy and people coming to their defense when something half decent is released.
Great, the inside is chocolate but it's coated with shit. A good deal is a balanced candy bar with sightly less flavor than the premium products. From the second post I already mentioned how the crap screen is inexcusable given the actual marginal cost of a decent one.
Ha, that's funny. I'm in the middle of moving and haven't slept for over 48 hours. I have better things to do as well. If you didn't give a crap nor otherwise care to engage in any serious dialogue, then all you obviously wanted is to vomit out random thoughts onto the screen, competely detached from the person you may actually be connecting with on the other side. There's no further avoiding the disrespect inherent to such a response.
I'm not not ever was looking to "win" - just further along the conversation to something relevant rather than the apologetic nonsense I consider the responses here to have been so far.
Is there any other laptop brand that you would recommend folks?
I'm looking to get GTX 1070 laptop. Considering the Eurocom Tornado F5.
But open for any other brands.
Nice, thank you for the info. Will definitely wait until next month to buy.
I'm also holding back from buying from Eurocom after I checked the forum. Seems that they have bad reputation (at least in the past. I'm now considering Clevo p750tm (suggestion from that forum).
