for some reason one of the fans is stuck at 100% and the other is normal. it started today. on msi afterburner it reads that the fan speed is 0% at idle (one fan is 0% the other is 100%), also manual control of fans with afterburner does not work

Brinks123x2 i took out the gpu and dusted my pc (not very dusty) and now it (gpu)works
