so I bought 4 of these as gifts for fathers day, and I received one. and for the third time in recent memory, massdrop tells me this shipped directly from the vendor, they have no inventory and they simply will refund money. Why is there no communication back to the vendor that they mis-shipped and have them ship it out. Has massdrop given up on customer service? is massdrop just selling overstock and we should just be scanning other sites to get fulfillment? I am irritated that I have supported massdrop so long and I get curt emails from them that are always clearly the easy way out for them. Seems antithetical to the mission and all the videos I have seen on Massdrop and their founders. Am I over-reacting? I dunno, but I do think they need to do a little better.
