A team of 13 based in Madrid, Spain, Muroexe is doing things differently. For one thing, the company produces only a few new models every year, each one meticulously researched and designed from the start with the wearer in mind. For another, it takes a deliberate “less is more” approach, striving to find the ideal balance between no-frills functionality and streamlined aesthetics. The result is revolutionary footwear like the Vector. Somewhere between a dress shoe and a sneaker, this sporty hybrid is ideal for the summer months. It features the company’s Materia silhouette with a microfiber cloth upper (similar in feel to suede), an ultralight EVA sole, and an inner sock. You might forget you’re wearing shoes at all.
Note: At checkout, you’ll have your choice of color: carbon black, pearl gray, sand brown, or stone blue. Unisex sizes are available from EU 36 to 47 (US men’s 4–12.5 and US women’s 5–13.5). Muroexe recommends ordering one size up if you’re between sizes. If you have wide feet, order your normal size, as the Vectors will mold nicely around your feet.
