PhoMeSidewaysIt's heavier than I can use right now. If it were chambray of slightly lighter weight I could stay casual or combine it with sport coat and wool tie, but a denim shirt isn't versatile enough.

I have a shirt from Muscatti. I got it in Italy. Fits perfect. Size Large Yes from Center Back to cuff measured around 36 . From shoulder to cuff measured around 26 Good Quality- good sewing details . I got it because is also Made in USA . Not many companies manufacture in USA anymore . I hope that helps .

I have 42" chest, usually wear 16/34 size shirts i don't see a fit w this size chart

Confused by the sizing chart. I'm used to a Large having roughly 34" arms. Am I missing something?

mikekremenHi! Looks like the size chart should read "shoulder seam to cuff." Typically sleeve lengths in the 30s are measured from the center of the back of the collar, along the yoke and down the sleeve. Hope that helps
