I really like the mic, but I hate the color lol. I guess I'll just go for the MXL 440

HaxtriickzI can't imagine the sonic quality is really much different in these than one of their 990/991 combo packs. if you can get one of those for cheap go for it. I also just recommended to a friend who was building a podcast setup that he get some MXL 770 mics for that - he is really happy with them. I have heard sample recordings he's made with the 770 and they sound great.
