Get a RAVpower for half the cost, no charging cables included but the battery has higher capacity and is very well made.
Charging a battery slower is better for it. If I could, I would only charge my iPhone at 0.5A

The MicroUSB port on this only outputs at 0.5A if there is a full load, otherwise it will output 1A. The standard USB port on the Hub outputs 1A, and the Lightning outputs 2.1A. The max output load is 3.6A. So, if you only use say the Apple connector and the Micro-USB at the same time, you will get a 1A output from the MicroUSB. Still not a lot considering some devices use 2+ amps to fast charge.
I have myCharge's Peak 6000, and I like it. I got it as a gift. It maxes at 3.1A out, but I only use it for charging my iPhone 4S and Nook Tablet, so I've never maxed out its load. myCharge makes a good product, but they could be cheaper I will say.

Wow, 0.5 A output for the micro-USB port? Charging stuffs will be slow as hell.

If it really has current cap of 1A or below, many gadgets, most notably Samsung tablets, will refuse to charge from it.

Micro-USB output: 5 V DC, 0.5 A
Am I reading this right? Most modern smartphones have chargers at 1.2-2A and almost every single backup battery has a 2A output

So what exactly is the plug configuration for this? One Lightning and one Micro-USB? Two of each?
