At the price and with all those specs they didn't put a waist strap, just the chest strap? That's a bummer. In my opinion you really can't have one without the other.

JediJonDo you really need a waist strap for a 21L EDC bag? Usually I associate waist straps with bigger backpacks designed for camping but maybe I'm just out of the loop.

JediJonI had a waist strap on my last small everyday bag, never needed it and it just got tangled in everything so I cut it off eventually. I'm glad this doesn't have a waist strap

Stu_HSince living in SoCal, I ride my bike or just skate everywhere, so the waist strap is necessary for me. Not a big thick one, like on a camping/hiking backpack. Just a normal sized strap to secure it better for when I'm in motion. It really makes a huge difference.
