I had problems getting the Namisu Orion "started" I have to concur with this review: http://fpquest.com/2015/05/07/review-namisu-nexus-minimal-fountain-pen/ The Namisu nib (F) is ordinary. Perhaps it may loosen up with more writing?

vitaliThe nib should have absolutely no skipping issues. A thorough flushing of the nib with warm water will remove any small debris or dirt that may have remained in the feed or between the tines, which would interfere with ink flow. Please contact sales@namisu.com if problems persist, we can service the nib for you free of charge.
