It looks like a few orders unfortunately didn't make it out today as anticipated. This is really disappointing, but I have personally flagged those order with our warehouse floor manager and will try my best to make sure everything is out the door this coming Monday when our team is back.

Theses arrived late yesterday afternoon. Our warehouse team was able to get most orders packed up and out the door today. The few remaining orders will be going out tomorrow.

These were finally released from US Customs and are scheduled to arrive tomorrow. Once they arrive our warehouse team will breakdown the bulk order and get these readied for individual reshipment. We will update the group when everything is packed up and ready to ship.

Still working with customs on getting these released. Getting these released requires coordination with the vendor and we are working on getting these through as soon as possible. We will update the group as soon as these make it through.

There was a slight problem at customs and the order is currently being held. We are working to get it through and should have more news for you towards the end of the week.

Hey Guys,
The vendor was able to ship the group's order and it is now en route to our warehouse. ETA for these is 10/27 barring any delays on the way. We will keep an eye on tracking and update the group accordingly.

We spoke to the vendor earlier today and they are still preparing the group's order for shipment. We will stay in contact with them and update the group as soon as the bulk order arrives at our warehouse.

Hey everyone,
We’ve submitted our order for Nancy Nicholson Cushion Embroidery Kit shortly after the drop ended.
Now that the order has been placed, Nancy Nicholson is preparing it for shipment. In the meantime, we will also be getting our warehouse ready to handle the reshipment of the product to everyone as soon as it arrives.
Expect an update from us on 10/13 or sooner if something comes up.

Description reads 5 colors of thread. There are 5 skeins of solid color thread shown. The picture also shows a multicolored or variegated thread in a rainbow of mixed colors. This is NOT listed in the kit inclusions. There is alos something about a bird fabric but there is no offer of this either. Please clarify that everything in the photos is NOT included in the offer.

Hi SarahR, is it possible to see each of the designs in full and also for each design to be clearly labelled? It is hard to decipher which kit is which design and it would also be helpful to see each design in full to assist in making a choice. I like the look of what I can see, but would to be sure that I select the correct kit, and would like to be able to see the complete design for each. WIth thanks :)
