I really hate to be that guy, but I can't not share it with my fellow Massdrop brothers and sisters here. In looking at the photos in the reviews, the Exotac nanoSTRIKER Ferrocerium Fire Starter appears identical to the drop offered here. Even at the highest reward level, Amz still beats it. $21.44 shipped.

shard_incThis is an online shop, plain and simple! I hate when online stores use manipulative terms like drops, rewards etc to givr customers a false sense of community and savings. Etc.

shard_incI ended up ordering a couple nanoStrikers (off that link) on Amazon as the drop fell though and I had decided they'd make a nice gift. They came without the gift box (just in a nice hanging packaging); so the Drop was a ~good deal after-all if you wanted to, well, gift them.
