prspyderthe Nature Power website http://www.naturepowerproducts.com/doc_db/triplecobledsecuritylight-manual-ver1.pdf says it stays on 8 seconds to 2 minutes depending on how you want to set it. It has 5 meters of wire which I think is about 12 feet. Seems like good reviews on the Home Depot website but over $100 there. Amazon seems to be the cheapest at $89 bucks

BevgThere is a wire from the solar panel to the actual light. This means you can place the solar panel up to 16 feet away from the actual light to keep it out of sight or best directed at maximum sunlight.
