Man this would be perfect, as a political photographer i need to look sharp but carry equipment while on the run for hours at a time.

Excited to hopefully turn this into my go-to work jacket. The pockets will be handy for my IT work, and a nice light cotton is basically a must for the Texan summer.

It really kills me that even if I went two sizes over on the chest it's barely close to long enough sleeves. Huge bummer, because I love the looks of these.

I'm a size 52, a shame cause as a sculptor this would be an awesome jacket with a lot of utility for me.

RyanWatsonGreat news, group! We discussed with the vendor and were able to renegotiate the pricing to our community to give you the best available price out there. We're offering free US shipping (unlike the aforementioned website) with every jacket, and still come out more affordable in both colorways. Hope that helps everyone!

TomasVAwesome! The price drop has meant it went from "no go" to "almost definitely buying" for me :)
I'd love to order this but I'd need at least 37" arms on an XLT size to be interested.

I have a 40" chest and 34" arms so I can clearly see my size on the chart. However, after living in Japan for several years and seeing a clear difference between Japan fit and say America fit, I"m curious whether these run a little small? I had heard other Nau jackets do, so I'm guessing the same here. What size is the model for this?

GarcucaTotally understand where you're coming from. I can tell you that these run a lot more roomy than your average Japanese brand (granted that NAU is actually US-based out of Portland, OR). It also depends on how many layers you're planning on wearing this with and how do you want you fit to be. Isaac is seen wearing the size M in the pictures and he literally is about your same dimensions (39-40" chest / 34" arm length). Hope that helps you!

What are the care instructions (washing options)? Thanks, Jeff

NorthernHarrierThis blazer jacket is 100% cotton so technically you can wash it in the regular washing machine. If you decide to do so I'd always suggest that you wash it in a gentle cycle. However, and ideally, you'd want to either just spot clean (only wash any specific stains that you want to remove with either a damp cloth or spot cleaning pen/product) or dry clean to keep the garment looking its best.

"100% organic cotton canvass"? Am I supposed to wear or eat this jacket? What's the difference when i comes to clothes?

LxJLthrThe softness and texture of organic cotton is noticeable softer and superior to that of non-organic. Moreover, organic cotton is untreated with the insecticides and fungicides. The 'conventional' method of growing cotton puts down synthetic fertilizers where as organic cotton builds strong soil through crop rotation. It feels better against the skin, and it's better for the Earth. Eating it is a different story, though.

If I wear Engineered Garments bedford on size L, which size should I join this drop with?

ThoroNice jacket reference, Thoro! The Bedford from EG in a size L would equate to Nau's size M. The Bedford (from what i'm looking at) measures roughly 42" across the chest (for a 39" chest person + 3" of allowance), which would correspond to the size M in Nau's blazer (as it fits anywhere between a 39" and 41" chest).
