What’s the weight on this? Also, I can never figure out how to tell how warm something is. How does this compare to say a ghost whisperer?

vokiIt lists the weight of insulation, but not the total weight. Notice that this is in "Men's Apparel" and not "Outdoors" or "Ultralight" drops: Nau is more athleisure than true functional outdoor gear. I own some of their clothes and they are well made, nice materials and good construction, but I wouldn't take anything out into the wilderness. Perfect for fitting in on the streets of Portland.

vokiThe Rab Microlight is rad. They dropped it last year, hopefully they'll do it again.

JohnfromMOI would assume, based on your description and the lack of details on the Nau website that this is meant to be attractive first, functional second. With that in mind, it's probably only suitable for beginning of fall or early spring. It's just a "regular jacket". If it's warmth rating was higher, I would buy it. oh well.
