I would stay away from this company they have no customer service. There website as far as contacting them and registering your stuff does not work. Go to their website and see if you can get any reviews to come up. I have one of their batteries works great so far but just got one of their Xtra Dives Mini from MassDrop and it does not work and I can’t return it stay away.

tjoseph10Howdy Joseph,
I am sorry to hear about your experience with the Xtra Drive Mini. We have sold many of those units with many community members reporting back that they work well. Its possible that you just got a defective unit. If you contact Naztech support here http://naztech.com/index.php?route=information/contact I am sure they will be more than happy to send you a replacement.
Next, I would like to address the products themselves. I have tested, used, and still carry many Naztech products on a daily basis. I am currently using the Naztech Smartpack & Volt Powerstation along with some Naztech cables. I previously used the Gen 1 28,600mAh Powerbank and now have been using the Gen 2 28,600mAh Powerbank being sold in this drop for over a month. All the products that I have used from Naztech are excellent build quality and performance. I have no complaints and have had no issues with any of them. At home I have the Naztech 10w wireless charging dock charging my Samsung Note 8 and the Naztech USB-C/QC 3.0 Card charger for on the go. All of them are awesome.
@Techo Can you please be on the lookout for @tjoseph10 customer support request on the Xtra Drive Mini? I want to make sure that he gets taken care of ASAP.
Cheers.

Tex-ArozziThis doesn’t bode well. If a customer can’t get a response from a customer unless a third party buying manager is involved, what sort of confidence can I have that a product will receive any sort of support when you’re not around. This is highly troubling and honestly not worth the gamble. Thanks for the heads up @tjoseph10
I’m in the market for a usb-c charger but will absolutely stay away under these conditions.

solistcaSolistca,
I dont think this is a support issue with Naztech personally. I am pretty sure Joseph had some confusion about how to register the product (which you dont need to) and how to get support. That is what Massdrop is here for is to assist the Community in anyway we can. I have responded to Joseph in another thread here https://www.massdrop.com/buy/naztech-13400-26800mah-usb-c-pd-power-banks/talk/2157584?utm_source=linkshare&referer=JRH4WQ to explain the process and how he can get support.
Cheers.

Tex-ArozziI believe you are totally mistaken. I have emailed as requested on their phone message since no matter how many times you call them they don’t answer the phone. I have left 4 phone messages. I have tried using the contact us on the web site and it does not submit the message even tried from a different computer. They are the ones that include a card telling you to register but the page does not exist. Go back and read other comments for their other products sold here and you will see the pattern. So here I sit with an Xtra Drive Mini that has not worked since MassDrop sent it to me

Tex-ArozziYour thread does not work. Also you are correct it is not a customer service problem because first you have to have customer service.

tjoseph10I've purchase a few things from them and have never had issues. I have called them how to use the Xtra Drive and Lia was very helpful. I called them at 661-310-1000 and talked to Lia and she was very helpful. I just went to their website and they have an email support as well Customer/Technical Support wecare@hypercel.com . Hope you get better results.

Tex-ArozziI will try your link. If you read my post I was not bashing the products. I was bashing the customer support. Ok I’m back that link is to a page that does not work, you can fill it out hit submit until you are blue in the and the page just recycles it does not submit. You call call the phone number as much as you want and no one will call back. You can send an email to the address given on the phone and no one will reply nor do you get any email saying they got your email. This is the same page I have been complaining about. Did you try it ?

glennacOk so with the numbers supplied I was able to to get ahold of Naztech and they are sending me a return slip, and covering the shipping which is nice on their part. I did also tell them the same thing and Lia said thy are working on redoing their website. I never had a problem with products, to have a bad unit here and there it happens but you can never leave your customers out in the wind. I hope they get their website fixed so and Lia was very understanding and very nice person.

Tex-ArozziIt's nice that Joseph had his shipping covered. My power bank is still sitting with Naztech after sending it in for repairs. They refuse to cover shipping back to me supposedly because it was purchased off Massdrop, a third party vendor. I spent $17 shipping it Naztech, and out of principle I'd like to get my shipping covered coming back. This is considering the repair was necessary because the USB-C PD port malfunctioned, as well as chewed up my USB-C cord when it misaligned against the metal body and compressed it after only three uses. I had no similar issues using the USB-A ports a dozen or so times. I was not rough with it at all, and I never dropped or yanked at it. It just seemed as if the port just wasn't soldered onto the board well. Paying a third of the cost of the product in just shipping to repair what seems like a manufacturing defect is frustrating.
