Someone who knows more about electronics will have to edumuhcatify me on this, but "powerful neodynium magnets" + electronic devices = A recipe for potential issues in my book. From my understanding this is theoretically safe for a phone as they don't use a traditional hard drive and RAM shouldn't be impacted by magnets, but I've read tales of people saying it messes with certain features of a phone.
Also if you put something that does use a hard drive like an old ipod or similar it'll die, horribly.
