hey guys. just a warning for you-I have neato robots- on my second one. They tend to have alot of batter issues. The minuet you notice a battery issue- get on the phone with their support and don't let them screw you around. They will try everything to basically say its not their fault. Great product- not so great company.

Bulk order shipped! The vendor informed us that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse in New Jersey. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive on 7/14.

We've been in touch with the vendor regarding the group's order and they've let us know that they are still working to gather and pack the group's order for shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey. We will continue to check in with them throughout the fulfillment process and update the group again as soon as everything is en route to us!

Thanks again for joining this drop! We have submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Neato Botvac D75 Vacuum Cleaner and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 7/8.

Hmm, maybe if this were the D80 ... But the D75 is already $400 on Amazon, not $450. The D80 is 450. Free prime shipping and now we're talking a very minor difference. Will the D80 be on Massdrop??

elimelendezThe package arrived to my post office but the weight was only 0.26 kg (the original package need to be 2.6 lb = 1.1kg) so i rejected the package. Massdrop sent only the filter.... what i need to do now? :(

depends on how much fur is in there. once it gets wound up around the spindle to get all of it out takes me 15 minutes. usually is not that bad. i use scissors and tweezers. it might be my wife's hair that really clogs it up - dog probably innocent bystander.
