The order was delayed due to a late trailer delivery. The new estimated delivery date is 11/12. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.

Great news group! The vendor has let us know that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 11/6. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.

We are in contact with the vendor and awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled first thing tomorrow morning and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these in our warehouse. We will update the group as soon as these are on the way.

Thanks again for joining this drop! With your help we were able to make it successful for the community. We've just submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Neato XV-21 Robotic Vacuum and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them directly to you! The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 11/3.
Rest assured that we we will provide you all with updated information regarding the status of your order throughout the process. You can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 10/29.

... these are frequently findable at less than half this price. The two that I had both had to be replaced by customer service twice, and the second replacement on one of them failed a few days later, but at that point, I was beyond my warranty... they did not give new warranties on the replacement units.
They work great while they work, but I'm not too happy with the track record on them.

ekdikeo @ekdikeo I have yet to find anyone beating us on this price. Even the price trackers out there that show historical pricing are not listing a lower price than this drop.
You can find used or refurbished models for a little cheaper than what we are selling here. But to say that you can buy this for less than half I would be very interested to see proof of that. Can you please share this information?
I would love to be able to take your findings back to the manufacturer in hopes we can get a better cost/retail for the community. I really appreciate your feedback on this.
