I've got one. The LIDAR motor fails on a decent percentage of them(1 out of 3 my extended family has owned over 3 years or so), but it's cheap and not too hard to fix if you're handy. http://www.ebay.com/itm/221209189111 http://www.robotreviews.com/chat/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=17034&sid=8d91778f3683cdbed803e6aecc5b7ea7&start=100
My only real complaint is it seems to gets confused a lot by some of my baseboards and my fireplace screen, which must scatter the LIDAR beam and make it think it's the home base, or that there's more room back there. For this reason it works great in my bedroom, but my living room and dining room it gets confused and stuck.

spinkhamI've had to "push-start" the lidar motor on mine a couple times when it says it's view is blocked. Tech support told me to move it back and forth a few times using a cotton swab. But given that one nuisance, the amount of dog and cat hair is picks up from my laminate flooring is astounding. I have it run once a day M-F and it usually fills up on the second day. It was a worthwhile investment just from the amount of time it has saved me.
