As much as I love my Neato I still have not yet received my $40 gift card its been over 3 months i think, i contacted Neato about it and they keep sending me to different departments. I guess 40$ gift card is just hoax, but nothing to take away from the vacuum its one of the best things I bought in recent times, I loved my buy but was disappointed with not getting the gift card.

I bought in on a previous drop and did get the gift card after going through the motions mentioned on their web site. It took a little time but it worked.
By the way this thing is still going strong, I have it do a run every day and it finds plenty of dust every time she goes out. Truly a great product.
I received my vacuum, but there was no mention of the $40 Visa Gift Card. Is this going to be sent out separately?

There is a major issue with buying this product from Massdrop. According to Neato, Massdrop is not a Neato authorized retailer therefor the Neato warranty is invalid. I received a device that was dead on arrival (will not charge due to a faulty wall wart or faulty charging circuit in Neato) and Neato will not assist any with this issue since my product is not covered by warranty. I have attempted to contact Massdrop more than once but I have had no luck so far. Additionally, since Massdrop is not recognized as an authorized retailer, the rebate will not be upheld by Neato.
Edit: The issue is resolved and Massdrop is indeed an authorized reseller, read below for further info.

Thanks to all for the assistance! Once the Neato representative contacted me after reaffirming with the warranty department that Massdrop is in fact an authorized retailer I received excellent service. Neato is mailing me a replacement charger and both the Neato representative and the representatives from the warranty department were very courteous and prompt with their responses. I am very pleased with the level of customer service they provided. Now I am anxiously awaiting the replacement charger so I can try the Neato XV Signature Pro out!

Great news group! The vendor has let us know that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse in New Jersey now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 8/5. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.

These robot vacuums are so useless and, frankly, annoying. If you know any dimwitted middle-aged soccer moms or elderly grandmas you've probably already been treated to the "watch my robot, isn't it amazing?" routine. Isn't it sickening? Not only are these devices useless for the tiny amount of manual work they alleviate, but they're also extremely expensive for something that's going to be outdated in a year. A big fad, that's what they are, and it's not surprising to see wide-eyed massdrop shopaholics gobbling them up like crazy. "Neato!" is what their hipster friends are gonna be saying when they get the inevitable routine.
What about the warranty? Does it have one? And how much time will it take to ship it? If shipping starts at 7/31 is it possible to get it by 8/6 (zip 19053)?

That's awesome! I'm trying to get more people to sign up, haha! I wish it would go out in the promotional e-mails that Massdrop sends out!!! Instead, I got the same shoes, socks, wallet, and keys drops in my Massdrop e-mail today. :-/
How do you decide what makes it into your email subscription? I'm a techie, and didn't even know this was previously a drop! I read every single e-mail from Massdrop, too! Because of my previous purchase history (I'm guessing), EVERY e-mail included key picks, socks, and shoes...

I'm sitting here next to a Neato that had to be RMA'd 3 times. The third one I received managed to last ~5 months past the warranty and has had a bad screen for the past month. As of today the lidar motor is dead.
On the upside, if you get one and you don't have problems with it, its faster than the Roomba. On the other hand, sometimes I think this thing is a little too smart for its own good and the quality control of this older series is well almost non existent.
I can't speak for the new model as I don't have one.

No international shipping? I dont mind the plug conversion as long its a switching psu that supports uk voltage.
A little annoying development, the dirt bin keeps coming loose and I have to tape it in place for her to keep running.
I cleaned the living daylights out of it to see if that would help,
I sent an e-mail two weeks ago to the company, received an automated message that they got the note then nothing.
I may have to join that robotic vacuum board to see if they can help.
I still recommend this product.

I figured it out. The screws in the front side of the bin were loose, tightened them up a little and all is good, (for now).
This thing has better battery life after about five runs. It did get a little stupid on one run last week where it kept giving the "clear my path" message but all is well since then.
It's amazing how much dirt this can find.

It doesn't require programming. You just hit the button, it turns on and scans the area, and begins. It found its way into my Kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom from my living room on its own.
It's covering 5 rooms. I have to keep it out of 2 other rooms because of the clutter on the floor. Too mush clutter makes it stupid for some reason.
When that happens I just take it back to the base station and start the whole cleaning thing again.

If you bought it from Massdrop just go to the upper right corner of this page and click on your Icon, go to transactions and there will be a link there to print or download your receipt.
Super happy with this! I'm calling mine Rosie after the Jetsons character. If anyone is having weird battery issues, I suggest going into the menu and telling the bot that it has a new battery. Mine was doing barely anything before it would scamper back to the base for charging, and then it wouldn't even finish my whole apartment. I think it gave up after 3 charges. But resetting the battery allowed it to do my whole place on one charge! <3 <3 <3
