I contacted Massdrop on the damaged head and was offered a full cash refund which sucks because I’m back to square one or a $10 partial refund and still left with a useless razor. I contacted Ikon directly to see if they would exchange the head, the return email was extremely rude and they told me to deal with it as is, not their issue.

RedditShavetThe razor was packed in an envelope with the stand loose, nothing more than plastic around the razor. The Knick in the razor is big enough to catch skin.

as for my other comment, i figured massdrop doesnt give a fuck unless they lose a customer. once in a blue moon there will be things i'm interested in on massdrop. i just wish they'd consider the COMMUNITY more when making drops instead of taking into consideration how much they can sell to miners and price gougers.
arent these "communities" supposed to be for enthusiasts? not those looking to screw over said community of enthusiasts?
and there are a bunch of fucking assholes at massdrop, you're living proof of that.

PistoleroI fully agree. Would do the same. Would also asked the company itself for a replacement and to make them ware of what has happened. Very bad custom service. Makes me not want to buy or support iKon, sadly. Thought they would be a good company, supporting their customers as best they can. I'm glad there's other good razors out there that takes good care of their customers and businesses. 😊👍
