CE & FDA cleared? These are certifications for medical devices. I sure hope no one is using this as a medical device! Besides, that seam would surely not clear any FDA requirements.

Does this come with the double sided clip? The specs just mention a lanyard hole but not the clip.

Can anyone confirm the laser wavelength or color (red v. green)? I have not found that info on the manufacturer's site, nor specified by a reseller that I can find. Thanks for any help.
