When I was able to find support number there was no human, only a recording saying hours M-F 9-6, not 24-7 as stated.

Sorry, information on support was in video. Anyone have experience with them? Once had security camera support tell me to call another number. It was the Canadian branch, and cost me a fortune in international charges while on hold.

In my experience as a nonexpert user telephone support is critical. Did not see anything about that.

ChrisR132Best Buy description indicates it's a power splitter, so all 4 cameras would be powered.

Why would someone buy a 720p/1MP camera setup in this day and age?

PersonTotaly agree. This is a really sh*tty deal imo, only 720p at such price it's rip off. I've got 4 cameras from Lorex at 1080P for pretty much the same price not even on sale at Costco.
