Looking at Nikon's faq on gray market camera I found the following:
"What does owning a "Gray Market" Nikon product mean to you? Nikon Inc. USA cannot provide any technical support or warranty service on Gray Market items.
Additionally Nikon Inc. USA cannot perform any fee-based repair work on Gray Market items.
Please do not contact Nikon Inc. USA for help with any Gray Market products. Please contact the reseller or importer of your Gray Market items for warranty and service information as well as software updates and downloads."
As Danny_Liu mentioned, this camera will be considered gray market camera and thus massdrop will provide a 1 year warranty. But does this mean that my camera becomes an expensive and massive paper weight if my camera "breaks" after the first year? The lens I am not too worried about as it will be a temporary one and I will be getting another one once I find a good sale.
Also this product is an EU import, does that mean that I will need a wall socket adapter to use the included charger?

BlueeShadowThe charger is an interesting question. I got a canon rebel T5i off Meh.com that was supposedly "grey market" though I don't know where it originated from, but it had a normal US socket for the battery charger.
