From what I understand, there are two primary high-powered lights (so the CB6, which I signed up for, will have white and blue) and then there are RGBW secondary lights.
I'm still searching for more information, so I might be wrong. I'll update if I find anything else, and hopefully if I'm wrong someone else will come correct me.

If you look at the Nitecore product page (http://www.nitecore.com/productDetail.aspx?id=102), it says
"Featuring two main LED's, one white and the other a choice of red, green or blue, the Chameleon flashlights offer incredible versatility for a wide range of applications. Chameleon lights also include two smaller secondary LED's which provide lower output red, green or blue for extended runtimes."
So it looks like it does have two primary LEDs (one white, one color) and then lower-powered RGBW LEDs.
