I've owned one for about a year, maybe 1 1/2 years. I keep mine on a lanyard on the bedpost on my side of the bed. Low has just enough light to make sure I don't stub my toe or trip over the dog or a shoe or whatever when I get up to hit the john. I rarely use it for anything else, but it certainly does have many uses. It's more than 3 times as bright on High as the single AAA light that I have had on my key-chain for several years now. Since I hardly ever use that one anyway, I saw no need to replace it with the TINI, and the TINI is so perfect for what I am using it for that I anticipate it hanging on my bedpost when that bed becomes my death-bed however many years from now. I might join the drop just to get an extra one, but either way, I highly recommend this light, and I rarely chime in to highly recommend anything.
This light is on sale at Battery Junction at the moment for $22.49 (https://www.batteryjunction.com/nitecore-tini.html). Haven't checked shipping charge either here or there though, so can't say whether it would turn out being cheaper than here or not. Also don't know how long that sale lasts, but it would ship before Nov. 5th. Battery Junction's cheapest shipping method ain't no turbo-charged system neither though. Still probably get it before you'd get this one though. Just thought I'd show an option, so there ya go.
