9 months later, and I can't say I'm impressed by these. I had (up until two weeks ago) been using one of these on my keychain. I found that since they lack a lockout feature, I would frequently find them "on" in my pocket. Many times I didn't even notice it, and when I went to use it, the battery was dead. So, unfortunately I can't recommend these. I would be willing to try the Nitecore keychain lights that include the lockout feature, however.

cpl1They do have lockout. Press on press off and hold. Light will flash and lockout will be engaged. Long press to cancel.
