BobbinBobThe battery is part of the light and is included. I would expect the thing to work when I receive it and if it didn't have the rechargeable 18650 battery included it wouldn't work. If it is listed in the specifications of the light then it is included with purchase, what is so damn hard to see and understand about that. It is listed as "Battery: 18650 li-ion rechargeable battery" in the specs so it is inside the light or package when it is shipped.

LoneOakSpecifications sheets don't have anything to do with materials included. I've bought these kinds of flashlights before, both from Massdrop and Amazon, and neither came with an 18650 battery in the package. Just FYI, if you are expecting a battery to come included, prepare to be disappointed.
