Well it looks like I'm not the only one that thinks this product and the company behind it are NOT READY FOR PRIMETIME. Doc included in product minimal, website referenced in documentation has NO mention of this product, when you ask for a manual you are sent to a website that is not referenced in the main website or in the documentation and all it has is larger print version of the include instruction sheet. UNSAT Any company that produces a product that they don't send a complete manual with the product is obligated to provide access to a complete manual and in addition some kind of FAQ. As best I can determine the companies idea of a manual business card 5 panel "instruction" sheet - heck they don't even tell to to match your bluetooth with the product. UNSAT So at this point I have to take time out of my work day to call them to "try" and get this item to work with my phone. UNSAT
