There are plenty of 27" 1440p monitors for this price. You can get a Pixio Free-Sync 144hz 4ms IPS for 20-30 dollars more when it is on sale.

You basically said that you can have a roughtly equivalent monitor (you trade the 10 bit color +100%sRGB for the 144Hz),, for routhly the same price when its on sale.....Cool story, how any of this is useful ?

ElipsusI have an IPS monitor and a 144hz monitor and I can say I would much rather have 144hz over IPS. Even just on my desktop moving my mouse around it feels so much better.

ElipsusAlso trade for Free Sync. I guess this is a good monitor for content creation, so if you plan on using it for that then I guess this is a good deal? I'm not really sure. Not really sure because I don't do that. If you plan on using it for anything other than that this is a terrible deal.
