For anybody on the fence, if you like the shape, do it. It's one of the best mice I own (and I own quite a few). Peter did a hell of a job on this one.

BasedBrianWe have confirmed that the rattle is not sensor rattle and not from any of the buttons. It should not affect the functionality or performance of the mouse.

I have the original Revel, and the shape didn't quite work for me, so I tried something new. Even though I'm really happy with my current mouse, I might grab one of these as a backup mouse (even though I already have a backup.) I need more mice. Definitely.

Hope this turns out well. I had an MX500 and G400 in the past, and I've had good luck with Nixeus gear (keyboard, mouse and monitor).

Sorry to say, I had stayed with my mx518 model only because the long time LOVE affair with this extraordinary shape.
Pete's new Model is a very tempting Floozy, offering a lot but I prefer to stay faithful to my original squeeze and won't be throwing her away, any time soon.
My Mrs is extremely suspicious over this whole ensemble.
