glsseDo you know how to use the Software to change the right shift key to actually being a right shift key? By default it is an up arrow and I can't seem to find my way around to actually inputting a right shift (to replace the up arrow). I'm ok with using a FN key to change it to just a regular up arrow, but my main issue is getting no FN to become just shift.
EspardYou can use the above software to configure your setup for your keyboard. It gives you the regular layer, right fn layer and the left fn layer. The thing is that you have to set your keyboard to program mode which is activated by holding fn+f12 (it will light up the key) and write keys from the software after the change. It took me forever to figure this out because it doesn't have any of this information on the included instructions. Hope this helped. Good luck!
Espardpress fn+r_shift to active shift/up in this key. When u press r_shift + any key, it's r_shift. when u press r_shift alone, it's up key.
you have to do this (fn+r_shift) every time u turn on computer (idk why NiZ dont save this option to memory, weird!)
hope you can understand my English :D cheer,
dinhhieuI was actually thinking this might be a good option, but it seems my computer just doesn't understand whatever the keyboard is sending for this shift&up key. Windows 10 just ignores it.
As it seems now, there is no possibility to put right shift in that key, just left shift, since you HAVE to type / record the key you want to put as input in stead of selecting it from a list.
This thing is hard to get a hold of, i have now unknowingly switched my ctrl and caps lock and don't know how to switch it back...
dinhhieuI downloaded the "atom66 pro firmware&upgrade" package and that gets me the software to program the keyboard and some firmware folders, but if I click "update" in the software, it wants to select .bin files while the firmware folders only contain .rar files, so it doesn't let me select anything from the firmware folders.
UPDATE: ok so it turns out you have to unpack / unzip the .rar files (I used 7zip).. I think I just updated the firmware.. I used "66EC(S)BLe_V1.0.33_20190510.bin" which I hope is the one for bluetooth enabled, but without RGB.
merkensafter the firmware update I could get all the keys programmed correctly. unfortunately connecting the keyboard through bluetooth hasn't worked.. it shows unknown device a bunch.. but none of them are able to connect.
merkensOK got it to work.. you have to hold (right) fn + the bluetooth slot (1, 2 or 3) that you want to open up pairing with.. so long press fn + 8 will open up pairing on slot 1. The key will start flashing / blinking more quickly in stead of the slow blinking.. I thought it was already ready to pair because it was blinking.. ok.. I got this set up..
