What the THERMA Sensor module does is give you a new way to interact with the world of heat via your smartphone. Simply point the NODE+ at something with a temperature that you are curious about, and it gives you real-time data on the surface temperature of an object.

The THERMA attachment featured on Massdrop is a ranged IR temperature sensor that provides real-time data about your environment. If you've ever wondered exactly how hot your stove top on high versus low, this product is definitely up your alley. It's really difficult to not feel like you're in a Star Trek TOS episode when using this tool.
