I got mine yesterday, 7/16/14. I'm having HUGE issues with the design of the micro USB device. It appears it was designed to be used only on phones without cases on them. I can't get the NomadKey plugged into my Note 3 with a case, due to the keyring on the NomadKey. So it's essentially useless, as I'm not going to remove my case everytime. If the connector was rotated 180 degrees, it would work great.
Edit: I tried contacting customer service/support on their website, and apparently it's non-existent.

I have the ChargeCard but it's hardly working any more (2 months use). Was going to get this but just cancelled my order because it looks like they've redesigned the Card. Anyone tried the new NomadCard?
Edit: Just realised the new Card is releasing in November.

Just looked at there website... 1 is $20 on there ( http://www.hellonomad.com/ ) ...
this drop is a RIP OFF
even if you get 2 here its still more than what the OEM is selling it for
