I have the original Metro with the power indicator. I personally like the power indicator, but quite a few people complained about it so that's why they came out with this version without it. I love this watch. I've worn it pretty much everyday since I got it a year ago, and the strap is really nice as well. I have both the brown and black Horween straps, and it's easy to change them out. I bought mine at full price so at this price it's a steal if you are looking for a watch at this price range.

jfourcCongrats! Looks great on you! I like to think of this also as a rebellion against the grossest excesses of the chunky big watches! Sometimes seeing monster gold watches straining shirtcuffs makes me cringe. It must feel like wearing a can of tuna. See photos: "If this is you, please join the Nomos drop!

jfourcI still haven't decided on the power reserve indicator. The geek side of me loves it, but I like the greater simplicity of the watch faces without it. I guess I'll be debating it until they have a future drop with more of this model.

M_at_o+1 for battery reserve meter. all my watches have it, useful if you're not wearing it everyday and prevents "overwinding"
