How does Massdrop execute a 1-year warranty with a watch? This could be the deal breaker. Other gray market dealers sell this watch for about $100 more but it comes with a 2 year warranty and they exclusively deal with watches. If I find that the watch runs fast or that there is something wrong with the movement, what would happen?

ChristopherJSo in a scenario where the watch's movement is not running accurately, I would send you all a help request. You'd then look for a place for me to send my watch, let me know where that place is, and I send it to them with Massdrop paying the postage. If you are unable to find a place, then I'd return the watch to you all with my own postage, upon which you will either a) give me a refund excluding the original shipping cost or b) offer an alternative product which I'd have to pay the shipping for of equal price. Is this accurate?
The part that is confusing to me is the vendor aspect. I see that there is a limited 1 year warranty. I read the page before you posted the link to the 1 year, hence my hypothetical (but very possible) scenario so I can see how the 1 year warranty actually applies to this specific product (since your 1-year warranty applies to many products, but a watch has specific issues). Does this watch also come with a 2-year Nomos warranty that only Massdrop has access to (which is why we have to communicate to you so you can communicate to the vendor)? I'm not asking if us buyers have access to the 2-year warranty. I'm trying to understand how you would honor a 1-year warranty without using Nomos to service the watch.
