Bulk order shipped! The vendor informed us that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse in New Jersey. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive on 9/1.

Thanks again for joining this drop! We have submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Nomos Tangomat or Ahoi Watch and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 9/5.

OK, I think that I found the answer to my previous question. The 601 is the Tangomat with the sapphire caseback. The 641 is the Tangomat with the solid caseback. So, it does appear that all 3 Tangomats being offered here have the sapphire caseback. I didn't look into the other (non-Tangomat) models though. I do think that the image of a "Tangomat"-engraved, solid caseback and incorrect thickness for the 601 do lead to a bit of confusion.

I will have to stay tuned to see if this watch comes back in the future. Tangomat is beautiful. Had my eye on it for a long while.

horrible timing for me with this watch. I love the watches coming out of Glaschutte but this timing stinks! Perhaps on later drops. Congrats to those getting in on this drop.

Does the 601 Tangomat have the sapphire caseback? The images show both (solid and sapphire), both marked "Tangomat". The case thicknesses listed imply that the Tangomat Datum has the sapphire caseback, and the Tangomat has the solid caseback, but this is not stated. For those that have suggested checking the Nomos site, it shows both casebacks listed for the Tangomat (non Datum). Massdrop, please clarify.
