Just received my pair in the mail, and already having problems with it. All the voice prompts from the headphones are loud and clear and was able to connect my headphones to my iPhone 6 Plus & iPhone 4S. However, it was able to establish a connection but fails to transmit audio. All I hear is either blips or static, and occasionally it'll even crash itself and I'll have to turn it back on and again with no results. At one point it even locked itself dead, and I had to plug it into the charge wire while it was on in order to have the buttons working again. Strangely enough it connects to my Lenovo laptop all fine, but crashes on both iPhones. Anyone else experiencing this?

KutabareThis sounds very unusual. There shouldn't be any reason why the earphones wouldn't work with the iPhone 6Plus and iPhone 4S. As a matter of fact the BE2 should work better with iPhone than most of the other wireless headphones. If you don't mind I would like us to take back the defect unit and inspect it.
