Anyone else having trouble getting these to work with a windows computer? The computer says that it can't find the correct drivers, and there don't seem to be drivers available for download on the nuforce website. I tried emailing nuforce, but haven't heard back. Hope I didn't just spend $90 for a product I can't use :/

Dn_89The earphones don´t need any drivers via Bluetooth. Do the earphones work with your smart phone? - Jyri/NuForce

JyriI finally ended up getting them to work. I would advise, though, that anyone considering these headphones run far, far away.
These are absolutely the worst product I have ever purchased through massdrop or any other website. Ergonomically, there's no way these headphones can work; they fall out of your ears because they are simply too heavy. Even if, by some miracle of physics, you *did* manage to keep them in your ears, you'd find that the sound is muddy and choppy. Honestly, I can't believe this horrible design ever made it into production - it has no redeeming qualities and is bad in every way.

Dn_89Hi Dn_89,
From our perspective (and as one of the designers of the product) I can´t really agree on the muddy and choppy sound but I would definitely recommend to allow a break-in period of 50-100h. The difference is not as significant as with some of our other earphones but the BE6i is using patented 10mm driver with very high quality titanium-alloy coating, and it does benefit of a break-in period. Based on what you mentioned about the computer I would also recommend to test with your smartphone or tablet as it sounded like your computer´s Bluetooth might not function properly.
Related to both fit and sound quality, we would urge you to test all the included ear tips. Each user has slightly different ear but we do include multiple tips and the wings and based on our experience 9/10 customers should find a solid fit with the included accessories. There are two types of silicon tips included - shorter and deeper. Shorter don´t isolate as much and holds a more "casual" fit. The deeper ones isolate better and should provide better audio performance as well. If you like Comply tips, those are included as well and would be ideal from my perspective. Also, please do equip the wings which will stabilize the earphones and prevent from falling out.
I hope the above would improve your experience.

Dn_89how did you get them to work? i am also having problems connecting to a windows pc. the earphones show as "currently connected" under the bluetooth properties of the device. also under the services tab all the boxes are checked: Audio Sink, Handsfree telephony, headset, remote control and remotely controllable device. the problem is that no sound comes out and the earphones are not showing as a playback device under the sounds settings. i had no issues connecting with an ipod or android phone.

jaanpehechaanhoi have it working now. after a computer reboot the device shows as connected under windows playback devices. it was quick at recognizing and connecting by bluetooth to the headphones. no complains here. also, i've tested as a headset with an android phone and the sound was good. still need to use as a bluetooth headset on windows.
