I've been using a Nuforce Icon DAC+Amp going into a Lyr 2 Amp. Very happy with it but I've been using it for like 6 years and it's probably time to upgrade the DAC solution. Would this be a meaningful upgrade over the Icon as far as the DAC goes?
I see something in the discussion about it not being good to use it as a pre-amp? What's up with that?
