Mine died and I bought mine with the last drop. The support is just s***, since they are just sending me around to message a different mail every time. NuForce, never again

Euvoriaif you purchased them and they are within the 1 year warranty period, Optoma/Nuforce will replace them for free, you might have to just show proof of purchase. Where are you located at, you should just be able to reach support via phone and/or email: 888-289-6785 or http://www.nuforce.optoma.com/warranty_list.php

Arleni payd 20€ bucks because of customs and sending it back cost another 20€, no sorry, but I rather burn my money with something else. Trash company with trash quality
