I received the earphones yesterday. Unfortunately my shipment has 2 problems. (1) the right and left audio are switched; left side audio comes out from the right earpiece and vice versa. (2) the accessory parts are missing (3.5 to 8mm converter jack, shirt clip etc.) Who should I contact for product support / return? Thanks.
