This is my very first BA IEM. Have hybrids like AudioTechnica IM70 and Xiaomi Hybrid and curious about how this will sound. Still researching on this product. Some people have complained on the left ear piece intermittently and gradually completely dropping out. Hoping that is a thing of the past. So excited. In September I will be getting HE350 and this. I use Sennheiser IE80 walking to office and I am hoping this would be more pleasant(without the sennheiser veil) and entertaining.

ridhuankimI bought a pair of those 2 years ago and as you say there was a drop on the left ear: it was extremely frustrating and when I complained to Nuforce I never got any reply, they were in mgmt change I guess at that time, because in the past I was always very happy with nuforce customer support (Jason Lim)

ridhuankimNo I received no answer and got no replacement and then it was stolen from me in the nice leather couch in a train. Sound was good (not sure much better than the FIIO X1 I currently use) but these drops in sound were very frustrating. I hope it was only mine.

tinnsonFiio EX1 is much cheaper than this. I was eyeing on that one as I am more into soundstage. Are you sure the Primo 8 was not significantly better? :( What is your media player and do you use any dac/amp with it?

ridhuankimI used iPhones, iPods and Pono, most of the time without amp, the only amp I use is RSA Mustang P51. Primo 8 was clearer than Westone UM2 and 3 that i previously used. Fiio is 5 times cheaper yes but it sounds alright to me.

ocamltoedifficult to say, I moved everything to identify the problem without understanding where it came from.

tinnsonThanks for sharing. I guess ultimately we are on a journey for that `sounds alright to me` destination. ;)
