Is this keyboard able to be flashed or modified to accept other key designations? Suppose this question would really be for the current owners, whom had successfully modified their own keyboards. Please let us know if this keyboard can be customized or not.

Unfortunately the keycaps are not available anymore. Does anyone know where I could find them on sale? I've tried looking around, but without any luck, which is a shame because I really like their looks!

Slater91Yet they still (DROP) focus upon the 'keys' being provided for in all of their PHOTOS, is this new 'Bait and Remove" deal now being projected across their whole range of these type of keyboards?

After a year of use I'm getting key registering issues. Sometimes I press a key and it continues to register as if I were holding it down, other times it doesn't register at all. Both have happened with multiple keys and happen randomly. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on troubleshooting?

nate.sheidI've had this issue before (admittedly on cheap mechanical keyboards with Gateron switches). It's simply the switch that is dying. If you replace it you should have no more issues. It is a bit of a hassle with the fact you have to de-solder the old one and solder a new one in its place, but it should fix it.

I didn't receive any screws with this but it looks like it needs some.... what do I do? Also there is a hole/post for all of them including an extra one on the left side but there is no hole in the PCB forit. What do I do with that? Now the right side of the PCB is lower than the left side.

The first email said that Drop would let us know if this was going to be delayed by more than 30 days, it's been just over a month now and still no information. Can we please get an update on what's going on with this drop? - EDIT 07/11/2020 - Contacted support and after a couple of days I was told that they expect to start shipping 16/11/2020

Drop, you need to let your customers know what exactly is going on. This is a month late at this point

Okay it's a month since it was supposed to ship and it hasn't. What recourse do I have? The emails don't give me anyone to contact.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who hasn't heard anything. Would really like an update on the status of this.

RawLambSame here. I contacted Drop for an update, only to basically receive an automated reply. "If we find that the drop is going to be delayed by more than 30 days, we will let you know."
