I ordered the chore coat and it took less time to make the coat and ship it than it has to get this drop together.

This is the longest drop from Massdrop I've ever seen. I ordered and paid for these cards one month ago and I'm still waiting. You say they shipped a week ago but didn't give me a tracking number so frankly I don't even really believe that they're in the mail anymore. Yeah you get to save $4 or something like that, but this has been absolutely not worth it at all and frankly disappointing to someone that frequents and uses your website.

Can you code these pages to NOT reuse the comments or combine them when you make another drop of the same type; its confusing. Also, I just got an email from the first time you did these to say it was shipping, but it was received last week...that's 1 enhancement request and one defect :)

I uploaded tracking information for many of you and you should have your Pre-release packs delivered in the next few days.
For those of you who ordered white and don't have tracking information please allow us some additional time to get these out to you. I will let you know as soon as I get additional information.

Yes, I'm not finding this to be a very good buying experience this time. We understand that things can get busy, but a quick "shipping has started, but it will take us several days to complete all the mailings; please bear with us" would have been nice. (You may feel free to use that if you were so busy that composing a sentence was impossible.)
Seeing the drop reopened was concerning without any communications on the previous one's status - were the previous orders simply lost, or cancelled? Are we starting all over again? Do I have to reorder now? I gather that we're not, but y'all did a pretty bad job of letting us know.
Zero communications for 24 days is not on. You guys have some great products and great deals, and the process is very nice when it works, but a month with no notice is outside of the envelope of "working". I'm holding off for a while on purchases until I've seen you do better than this.
If it was not clear, I still haven't received my order.
Update: received the shipment Tuesday at 2. Received the "your order has shipped, track it here!" at...4. Either Massdrop has invented time travel or someone not only dropped the ball but spent a week trying to get it out from under the couch.

We've been sorting through these and shipping them over the last couple of days, this last few should out today or first thing next week (depends on if it makes the cut-off time). We sold more white than any other kit with the last drop, so we have left-overs that are falling into this drop. For those joining this drop, they'll ship about 1-2 days after the drop ends.

AndrewLekashmanThe communication on this drop has been terrible. On the Nyx booster box, and the Ultra pro sleeves staff have posted updates on when things would be shipping and there were shipping notifications.
Meanwhile it takes multiple people asking the same question here to get an answer and that has been no notification of shipment to anyone. The lack of consistency is quite frustrating.
